Resin-coated tile production line

The synthetic resin tile production line consists of an extruder, molds and forming auxiliary equipment. It can produce PVC single-layer / composite resin tiles. This forming production line is renowned for its energy-saving, efficient and environmentally friendly features. It has high efficiency, a reasonable and compact structure, convenient operation and is easy to maintain.

Pipe production line

The plastic pipe production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a power pipe module, a vacuum shaping box, a cooling spray box, a tractor, a ring cutter, and a stacking frame, etc. It is renowned for its high production efficiency, low cost, low energy consumption, and stable performance.

PVC sheet production line

The PVC sheet production line is mainly composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, molds, forming platform, cooling brackets, tensioning machines, cutting saws, mechanical hands and other auxiliary components. It indeed features low noise, energy saving, high efficiency, a reasonable and compact structure, and is easy to use and maintain.

我司成立于2016年11月30日，注册地位于成都市新都区新都工业东区君跃路1159号5栋。经营范围包括设计、开发、生产、加工、销售机械及配件、电子原件货物及技术进出口。（依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动）。我司是一家专业从事非标工业自动化设备的研发制造及销售的制造型企业，可生产印刷、塑料、军工、航空等机械产品，可根据客户的实际要求量身定做各种非标设备以及对现有设备的改良还可以协助客户进行新产品的开发,确保新产品制作的合理性。主要产品有自动上料机、挤出模具、定型台模具、冷却托架带裁边、定长切割机、混合机、磨粉机、气流干燥机、牵引机、破碎机等等。目前员工共有58人，其中管理人员8人、高级技术人员5人、质检人员3人、设计师5人，拥有多年从事设计开发和具有丰富制造经验的技术队伍，还专门设有售后服务部门。产品已畅销全国二十九个省市、自治区，并出口东南亚。秉承“诚信为本，品质第一，客户至上”的经营理念，竭诚为客户提供“一流的技术，一流的产品，一流的服务”。
