Resin-coated tile production line
The synthetic resin tile production line consists of an extruder, molds and forming auxiliary equipment. It can produce PVC single-layer / composite resin tiles. Pipe production line
The plastic pipe production line consists of a conical twin-screw extruder, a power pipe module, a vacuum shaping box, a cooling spray box, a tractor, a ring cutter, and a stacking frame, etc. It is renowned for its high production efficiency, low cost, low energy consumption, and stable performance.
PVC sheet production line
The PVC sheet production line is mainly composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, molds, forming platform, cooling brackets, tensioning machines, cutting saws, mechanical hands and other auxiliary components. Our company was established on November 30, 2016, with its registered address at Building 5, No. 1159 Junyue Road, Xindu Industrial East Zone, Xindu District, Chengdu. Our business scope includes the design, development, production, processing, and sale of machinery and spare parts, as well as the import and export of electronic components and related technologies. (For projects that, according to law, require approval, business activities may only be conducted after obtaining approval from the relevant authorities.) We are a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacture, and sales of non-standard industrial automation equipment. We produce machinery for printing, plastics, defense industries, aerospace, and other sectors, and can custom-design a wide range of non-standard equipment tailored to customers’ specific requirements. In addition, we offer modifications and upgrades to existing equipment and provide support for customers in developing new products, ensuring the feasibility and soundness of new product development. Our main products include automatic feeding machines, extrusion molds, shaping table molds, cooling racks with edge-cutting functions, fixed-length cutting machines, mixers, pulverizers, air-flow dryers, haul-off units, crushers, and more. Currently, we employ a total of 58 staff members, including 8 management personnel, 5 senior technical specialists, 3 quality inspectors, and 5 designers. We boast a highly skilled technical team with many years of experience in design and development as well as extensive manufacturing expertise, and we have also established a dedicated after-sales service department. Our products are now bestsellers in 29 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China and are exported to Southeast Asia.
